Ya’ll who read this blog…know that not only do I talk about training, sports and fitness and nutrition but I talk a little bit about my personal life….soooo yall know the twilight twitter thing about the Sam Bradley Concert…JEEEZ…I just got called by a nice lady from people magazine asking me about it….too funny. Why are these two people denying being together…what do they have to lose if they do? I don’t think anything…aahhhhh well to each his own…I guess Ive denied some things in the past as well lol…thats neither here nor there though….LOL ok ok that is all. LOL.

I know, I know….people are more interested in tips etc…but yall best be watching this NBA ALLSTAR stuff! My boy Dwight Howard…. DH12 is doin some pretty fun stuff…you can follow him on twitter or at HERE Last night he did some pretty crazy dunks but lost to lil Nate Robinson…it was amazing…google that nonsense….tonights the allstar game…im sure it will be just as entertaining.

Also My FAVVVVV MotoGp Racer….NICKY HAYDEN, former world champion….is now racing for DUCATI…WTF can you be serious….for those of you who dont know Nicky has been races HONDA for agesssss…..now hes not orange…he’s red….lets hope he’s red hot this 2009 season!

ALSO in the world of my absolute passion and favorite sport…obviously it’s track and field…we have some Canadians doing some big things…After his big let down at the Bejing Olympics, Canada’s own Tyler Christopher has started to tear things up in Europe:

Pat Summitt? Well for those of you who don’t know her she is the long time coach of the Tennessee Lady Vols basketball team. She recently earned her 1,000th coaching victory. That made her the first Division I coach to ever reach that milestone. Please note this is not the first womans coach to do this but THE FIRST COACH. As a coach myself I think this is pretty amazing….esp being a woman.
