I had the opportunity to train Rashad McCants. The former UNC star basketball player, and Minnesota Timberwolves basketball player in Los Angeles, California recently. He is a very hard worker and I am happy to have been blessed with the opportunity.
Rashad can be found on twitter @rashadmccants or his website http://www.rashadmccants1.com/
Client Rashad McCants Testimonal about his training with ALICIA BELL ELITE:
“I felt that Alicia’s training helped my running form and explosion. I would suggest that anyone looking to be a faster and more explosive runner to look Up Alicia Bell.”

Did you know that…
Carl Lewis (The controversial American Sprinter from the Ben Johnson era):
* The Chicago Bulls drafted Carl Lewis in the 1984 NBA Draft as the 208th overall pick, even though he hadn’t played high school or college basketball. Lewis never played in the NBA. On the NBA’s website he’s included in a section named “draft oddities”[75] explaining this was an honorary draft capitalizing on his popularity after the Los Angeles Olympics. There’s a poll[76] on the same page where Lewis is second to Lusia Harris, the only woman to be drafted by the NBA, as the most unusual pick in the history of the NBA Draft.
* Though he did not play football in college, Carl Lewis was drafted as a wide receiver in the 12th round of the 1984 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys but he did not play.[77]

MY NEW BLOG POST for the Orlando Sentinel about the NBA Finals.
Posted by admin at 10:26 pm
How cute was that little girl who sung the American anthem tonight? Why is it that in America you only sing the American anthem? Here in Canada no matter what sport we always play both the Canadian and the American. I am not going to open that can of worms though!
FINALLY A WIN! There was another NHL game tonight so you know where I watched the game. HOME. I am so happy that this game went much more different than the first two. Also big shout out to KOBE for missing half of his free throws! Now the rest of the world can finally see that Kobe is human and makes mistakes too! Thanks for showing up today RASHAD! He was my player of the game and I definitely have to stay that Dwight stepped up and played an outstanding game as well
After the game I decided to head out into the streets of Vancouver, CANADA to show you just how many people know NOTHING about the Magic and the NBA Final. I asked the basic questions 1. Who’s in the NBA final? 2. If they knew who won tonight’s game? 3. What NBA player is nicknamed Superman?
